Zach Donner has worked tirelessly to earn employee of the quarter for Q1 this year.
Over the past 12 months, Zach has taken on the charter to improve and automate Future Technologies Close Out Package process. Through the efforts of Zach and his team members in the FT’s Centralized Close Out Package Department (FT CCOP), FT has automated our overall corporate processes to reduce cycle time per project and produce a final outcome of ZERO (0) open Close Out Packages across our over 2,000 COP’s completed Year to Date.
