Future Tech In The News
In a recent article published on LightReading.com, 5G and Mobile Strategies Editor Mike Dano spotlighted the private wireless network deployment at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona for Super Bowl LVII. These emerging solutions are becoming more and more customary for venues and fairgrounds, alike, looking to provide seamless experiences for spectators and improve operational efficiencies for both front of house and back of house operations.
Dano also gave a nod to Future Tech's recent project building a private wireless network for the Waste Management Phoenix Open golf tournament in Scottsdale, Arizona with partners Cox Communications and Cambium Networks. The network allowed spectators to access Wi-Fi and provided connectivity to venue ticketing and payment systems.
Just this week, Cox Communications, Intel, and Future Technologies also announced their collaboration to design and deploy end-to-end managed private network solutions for public and private sector commercial customers. The new go-to-market agreement combines Intel's portfolio of cloud-to-edge solutions; Future Technologies' segment expertise and system integration experience; and Cox's Edge infrastructure, fiber assets and its ability to end-to-end design, deliver and manage private wireless connectivity for a variety of business industries and sizes.
